Where exactly is the Tomball facility located?
The facility is on Hufsmith-Kohrville Rd, just north of Spring Cypress Rd and east of FM 249. We are located near the neighborhoods of Klein, Louetta, Champions Forest, Kohrville, Lakewood Forest, Cypress and Greenwood Forest.
Are the driveways wide enough for boats and RVs?
All of our driveways are 50 ft wide. We are specifically a boat and RV facility designed to accommodate turning and backing room for large vehicles pulling trailers.
Is there power available to my space?
There are electrical outlets with every unit so you can maintain your boat or RV and of course charge your batteries.
Will my rent go up soon after I move in?
We offer a 1 year rate lock on all new leases and the lease term is month-to-month! We are a locally owned family business for 33 years. We value customer loyalty and want our tenants to stay long term.
Do I have to sign a long term lease?
All leases are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 10 days notice.
